The Management  Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the „Issuer”), hereby  informs that  on March 31, 2025 the Issuer concluded the contract with  JS Energy Sp. z o. o. seated in Warsaw the contract for the project of reconstruction of the cathode materials production plant in Konin.

Time limit for performing of contract was set for October 2025.

The Issuer’s remuneration for the design work amounts to EUR 1.4 million net.
