On 17 September 2012 PROCHEM S.A. received information from a subsidiary – ELEKTROMONTAŻ KRAKÓW S.A. on the conclusion of a significant agreement with the CD LOCUM Co. Ltd.

The contract covers the installation of internal and external electrical and low voltage installations in the project „Trzy Korony” (“Three Crowns”) in Nowy Sącz.

The contract value – 14 365 000 PLN (net)

Time of completion – 21 weeks from the date of transfer of the site.

The agreement contains provisions concerning penalties:

O.5% of the contract remuneration for each day of delay in execution of work, 5% of the contract remuneration for withdrawing from the contract due to the fault of the contractor.

Payment of penalties does not exclude the right to claim damages on general rules.
