On 18 May 2011 PROCHEM S.A. was informed by subsidiary – ELEKTROMONTAŻ KRAKÓW S.A. about signing of meaning agreement with company STRABAG Sp. z o.o. Making high voltage installations at construction of Multifunctional Integrated Commercial and Communication Centre in the station Katowice Osobowa along with the railway station of Katowice Osobowa” is an object of the agreement. Value of the agreement – 27,600,000 PLN . Date of completion – March 2013 Contractual penalties for the failure to adhere to time for the realization amounts to PLN 0.8% of the remuneration for every day of delay but no more than 10% of the contract value. The agreement was recognized as significant because its value is exceeding 10% of the value of the equity of the issuer.
