On 7 June 2013 the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. decided to choose the auditor of PROCHEM S.A. for the year 2013.
Company KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. limited partnership with the registered office in Warsaw Chłodna No. 51 Street, with the powers:
– entry in the National Court Register under No. 339379,
– entry in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Warsaw – No. 3546.
The company was chosen by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
The above-mentioned firm has been the auditor of PROCHEM S.A. since 2011.
The agreement will be concluded for the period of one year.
