Supplement to the information on the new member of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A.

In reference to Current Report No. 22/2016 the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that according to the statement of the new member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Marcin Pędziński does not conduct any activities competitive to the Issuer and is not a partner in the civil partnership competitive to the Issuer or in the private company, and is not a member of the body of the capital company as well as does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its governing body;

Attached to this report, the Company provides a declaration of the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board (only in polish).
