With reference to the current report No. 8/2014 and the Resolution No. 7 adopted by GMS, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 9th term of office was appointed as follows:

  1. Marek Garliński – Chairman
  2. Steven Tappan – Vice Chairman
  3. Andrzej Karczykowski – Member
  4. Wiesław Kiepiel – Member
  5. Krzysztof Obłój – Member
