Repeal of court order to grant security in a case concerning the Issuer and shareholders of the Issuer

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (“Issuer”), with reference to the content of current reports: No. 7/2018 of January 26, 2018, No. 11/2018 of February 2, 2018, informs that on May 23, 2018, the Court of Appeal in Warsaw repealed the decision of the District Court in Warsaw of 19 January 2018 in the case from the application filed by Value Fund Poland Activist FIZ based in Warsaw with the participation of the Issuer and Steven Tappan, Konrad Młynarz, Andrzej Karczykowski, Marek Garliński, Jarosław Stępniewski, Marek Kiersznicki, Maciej Kalita, Krzysztof Marczak, Jan Milczarczyk, Piotr Wowkonowicz, Barbara Auguścińskia-Sawicka, Adam Parzydeł, Tomasz Antoszczuk, Jarosław Wieczorek and Grzegorz Kobyłecki, Lech Winnicki, Zdzisław Rokita, Grzegorz Piotrowski, Zofia Kaczor, Maciej Grzybowski, on securing a claim in which the District Court has granted the applicant the security of the claim by putting a ban on exercising of voting rights from the Issuer’s shares by the persons mentioned above.

Thus, in connection with the decision of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw of May 23, 2018, above mentioned persons may exercise their voting rights from the shares of the Issuer hold by them.
