Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021

Acting on the base of § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs about the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021.
EXTENDED CONSOLIDATED QUARTERLY REPORTS (QSr) FOR:

ANNUAL REPORTS FOR 2020
- separate annual report – 2021.04.28
- consolidated annual report – 2021.04.28
EXTENDED CONSOLIDATED SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT
- for the first half of 2021 – 2021.09.27
The Issuer informs that according to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance withdraws from the publication of the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2020 and the second quarter of 2021.
At the same time, pursuant to § 62 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation as above, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. declares that in the consolidated quarterly reports will publish quarterly financial information concerning the company PROCHEM S.A., and in the consolidated semi-annual report the condensed semi-annual financial statements of the parent company PROCHEM S.A. together with the auditor’s opinion on the review of the financial statements.
