Dates for submitting periodical reports in 2017

Acting on the basis of § 103 section 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent information required by the law of a non-Member state, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs about dates of periodical financial reports in 2017.

- I quarter / 2017 – 15 May, 2017
- III quarter / 2017 – 14 November, 2017
ANNUAL REPOPRTS FOR 2016
- annual separate financial reports – 28 April, 2017
- annual consolidated financial reports – 28 April, 2017
EXTENDED CONSOLIDATED SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT
- for the first half of 2017 – 31 August, 2017
The Company informed that in accordance with § 101. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance resigns from the publication of the extended quarterly report for the second quarter of 2017.
At the same time according to § 83 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation as above, Regulation the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. declares that in consolidated quarterly reports will be published quarterly financial information regarding PROCHEM S.A. and in the interim consolidated financial report the condensed interim financial report of the parent entity PROCHEM S.A. together with the auditor’s report on the review of the financial statements.
