Acting on the basis of § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister from 19 February 2009 in the matter of the current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and of conditions regarding as equivalent the required information with provisions of the law of the country not being a member state, PROCHEM SA Management Board is announcing dates of submitting of interim reports in 2011.

EXTENDED CONSOLIDATED QUARTERLY REPORTS (QSr) FOR:
IV quarter / 2010 2011.03.01
I quarter / 2011 2010.05.16
III quarter / 2011 2011.11.14

ANNUAL REPORTS FOR THE YEAR 2010:
– individual annual report 2011.04.29
– consolidated annual report 2011.04.29

CONSOLIDATED SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT:
– for the first half of the year 2011 2011.08.31

At the same time according to § 83 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation as above, Regulations mentioned above PROCHEM SA Management Board is declaring that shall place quarterly financial information concerning the company PROCHEM SA in consolidated quarterly reports and in the consolidated semi-annual report shall be placed shortened semi-annual financial report of the dominant entity PROCHEM SA along with statutory auditor’s opinion from the review of the individual report.
