Selection of the auditor to audit the financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. and the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group for the year 2026-2027

On May 20, 2023, the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A., in accordance with § 22 section 2 item 9) of the Company’s Statutes selected an auditor to audit the financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. and the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group for the years 2026-2027.

The selected firm was Misters Audytor Adviser sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Warsaw (02-520), at ul. Wiśniowa 40/5, KRS number 0000375656, authorized to audit financial statements based on its entry on the list of audit firms maintained by the National Council of Statutory Auditors in Warsaw under number 3704.

The firm was selected by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.

Misters Audytor Adviser sp. z o.o. audited the Issuer’s financial statements for the years 2005-2009, 2018-2025.

The agreement with Misters Audytor Adviser sp. z o. o. will be concluded for the audit of financial statements for the financial years 2026-2027.
