With reference to report No. 3/2023 of April 28, 2023, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on September 20, 2023, the Issuer received from Elemental Strategic Metals sp. z o.o. seated in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, declaration of termination of the contract for the general implementation of the investment including the construction of a recycling installation for lithium-ion batteries and car catalytic converters involving the recovery of metals entitled “Development and first industrial implementation of innovative technologies for recycling lithium-ion batteries and catalysts with the recovery of metals of strategic importance”.

The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the originally expected value of the contract.
