Resignation of the Management Board Member

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs that today the President of the Management Board – Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski resigned from membership in the Management Board of the Company.

The resignation will take effect on June 23, 2021.

Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski did not indicate the reasons for his resignation.
