Resignation of the Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs that today a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company – Mr. Krzysztof Obłój resigned from his membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The resignation will take effect on June 23, 2021.

Mr. Krzysztof Obłój did not indicate the reasons for his resignation.
