Management Board of the company PROCHEM S.A. announces that the Supervisory Board on 26 April 2013 welcomed the recommendation submitted by the Management Board to Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on the distribution of the net profit for the fiscal year 2012 attributable to shareholders of the Company and allocate it to payment of dividend in the amount of PLN 3 038 100 (which constitutes PLN 0.78 per share).
Proposed date of establishment of the right to the dividend: 24 June 2013
Proposed date of payment: 30 September 2013
