The company PROCHEM S.A. was informed that on 18 April 2013 Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and Belarusian Belarusbank signed a loan agreement providing finance for 85% of value of contract concluded between PROCHEM S.A. and Mineral Wax Factory SA for “turn-key” construction „System for the production of refined paraffin, oil and grease along with the expansion of the energy complex”.
The terms and contractual obligations of PROCHEM S.A. begin to run from the establishment and implementation of the Letter of Credit for the advance payment of 15 % of contract value.
