The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs that today the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting in accordance with the provisions of § 25 section 1 of the Statutes of the Company, has appointed the previous management acting in the composition:
Jarosław Stępniewski – President of the Company’s Management Board,
Marek Kiersznicki – Vice President of the Company’s Management Board,
Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Company’s Management Board,
for subsequent, joint term of three years by entrusting to designated persons their so far functions. Pursuant to the resolution of the Supervisory Board, the next term of office of the Management Board of the Company is expected to start on June 21, 2018.
The education, qualifications and positions held previously, together with professional experience of the Management Board Members are available on the Company’s website.
The indicated persons do not conduct other activities carried out outside the issuer’s enterprise, and are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
