Receiving of notification that the offer of the issuer was considered the most favourable

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), with reference to the information in report No. 31 of June 15, 2018, informs that on July 11 2018 received information that the offer , which was submitted by the Issuer was recognized as the most favourable in a tender procedure organized by the National Library (Biblioteka Narodowa – the Ordering Party) for granting of a public contract for: Performing of construction and installation works in the building complex “A” of the National Library (Biblioteka Narodowa) in Warsaw at Aleje Niepodległości 213 in the area of reconstruction of reading rooms and general accessible spaces including building up on the patio, and delivery of equipment and equipment as part of the project entitled “The New Library of the Polish Republic (Biblioteka Rzeczpospolitej) – modernization of reading rooms and public spaces of the National Library (Biblioteka Narodowa) in Warsaw”.

The price of the offer submitted by PROCHEM S.A. is PLN 39 970 582,17 gross value.
