The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on 11 June 2016 the General Meeting of Shareholders dismissed from the Supervisory Board:
- Mr. Mr. Steven Tappan, who served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board
- Mr. Mr. Wieslaw Kiepiel, who served as a Member of the Supervisory Board
The reasons for dismissal were not revealed.
