On November 4, 2010, PROCHEM S.A. acquired from IPG – Investimentos, Participacoes e Gestao SGPS S.A., a Portuguese joint-stock company based in Lisbon, 25 shares of PRO-PLM Sp. z o.o. with a nominal value of 25,000 PLN each. The acquisition price was 1 (one) Euro and was paid in cash from the company’s own funds. The acquired assets were deemed significant because they represent 50% of the capital of PRO-PLM Sp. z o.o. After the transaction, the capital of PRO-PLM Sp. z o.o. is owned by: – 50% PRCHEM INWESTYCJE SP. Z O.O. – 50% PROCHEM S.A. Currently, the activity of PRO-PLM Sp. z o.o. – a subsidiary of PROCHEM S.A., is suspended.
