The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. submits a correction of the Management Board’s Report on the activities of the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group in the first half of 2023, published on September 29, 2023.
The correction is related to an obvious clerical error included in the table on page 5 of the Report, where the number of shares held by Mr. Steven Tappan.
The correction is related to an obvious clerical error included in the table on page 5 of the Report, where the number of shares held by Mr Stevena Tappana. Mr. Steven Tappan is 1,002,450 pcs.
