PROCHEM S.A. Management Board (“Issuer”) informs that in the Report No. 11/2018 published on February 2, 2018, Tomasz Antoszczuk, Jarosław Wieczorek and Grzegorz Kobyłecki were not mentioned among persons being participants of the proceeding instituted from aplication filed by the Value Fund Poland Activist FIZ. In addition, the name of Lech Winnicki was incorrectly indicated (in the original protocol marked as Tomasz Winnicki).
