The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A., in connection with the adoption at the AGM on 13 June 2015 of the Resolution No. 13 on the payment of dividends, informs as the following:

1) The amount of the dividend – PLN 1,363,250.00;
2) The value of the dividend per share – PLN 0.35;
3) The number of shares covered by the dividend – 3,895,000 shares;
4) The record date – 30 June 2015;
5) The dividend payment date – 17 July 2015.
