The Management Board of Prochem S.A. (“Issuer”), informs that has received notifications of transactions referred to in art. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”).
On December 1, 2022, notifications were made by the following persons holding managerial responsibilities:
Marek Garliński – Chairman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board;
Barbara Auguścińska-Sawicka – Proxy, Chief Accountant.
On December 2, 2022 notifications were made by the following persons holding managerial responsibilities:
Maciej Kalita – Proxy, Project and Construction Management Director;
Andrzej Karczykowski – Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
