The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (“The Issuer”), informs that on March 12, 2020 received the notification of the transactions referred to in Article. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 (“MAR”) submitted by the person holding managerial responsibilities Andrzej Karczykowski – Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
