Information on transactions obtained pursuant to art. 19 section 1 of MAR Regulation

Management Board of Prochem S. A. (“Issuer”), informs that on August 10, 2020, received notification of the transactions referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”) transferred by the person holding the managerial responsibilities – Mr. Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board.
