The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (“Issuer”), informs that on October 16, 2020, received notification of the transactions referred to in Art. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”) transferred by the person holding the managerial responsibilities – Mr. Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board.
