Information on transactions, obtained pursuant to the article 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation MAR

The Management Board of Prochem S.A. (“Issuer”), informs that on August 3, 2022, received notification of the transactions referred to in Art. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”) submitted by a person holding managerial responsibilities for the Issuer, Maciej Kalita – Proxy, Production Management Director.
