The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”), hereby informs that on 27 October 2017 received notification of the transactions referred to in Art. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”).
The notification was transmitted by the person holding managerial responsibilities Mr. Andrzej Karczykowski – member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
