Information on transactions obtained pursuant to art. 19 section 1 of MAR Regulation

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”), hereby informs that on 22 December 2017 received notifications about the transactions referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”).

Notifications were made by the following persons holding managerial responsibilities:
Jarosław Stępniewski – President of the Management Board of the Issuer;
Marek Kiersznicki – Vice President of the Management Board of the Issuer ;
Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Management Board of the Issuer;
Marek Garliński – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer;
Andrzej Karczykowski – Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer;
Maciej Kalita – Proxy, Director of Project and Construction Management in the Issuer’s Company;
Grzegorz Kobyłecki – Proxy, Director of PROCHEM PROJEKT Division;
Jan Milczarczyk – Proxy
