The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the „Issuer”), hereby informs that on May 26, 2025, the Issuer received an order from Westinghouse Electric Poland LLC for the provision of advisory services in the field of permit procedures..
Time limit for completion of order was set on August 2025.
The Issuer’s remuneration for the execution of the order will be determined on the basis of the actual number of hours of services provided, whereby the maximum amount of the Issuer’s remuneration for the order in question was set at PLN 1.2 million net.
