The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on February 23, 2026, the Issuer concluded an agreement with Biuro Studiów, Projektów i Realizacji “ENERGOPROJEKT-KATOWICE” S.A. for design work for the investment concerning: Construction of two CCGT (combined cycle gas turbine) units at the Kozienice Power Plant.
The Issuer’s remuneration will amount to approximately EUR 6.3 million net. The remuneration will be paid in proportion to the progress of the design work.
The contract completion date is set for March 2029.
