The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the „Issuer”), hereby informs that – Elektromontaż Kraków S.A. seated in Kraków has concluded an agreement for the modernization of the energy system of the facility at ul. Albatrosów in Kraków – a server room belonging to T-Mobile Polska S.A.
The contract implementation period was set for May 2025 – January 2026.
The remuneration of Elektromontaż Kraków S.A. amounts to over PLN 10 million net.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s Company decided that conclusion of above contract meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 section 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.
