The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that the Issuer on November 18, 2025 concluded an agreement with UNIMOT Terminale Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Czechowice-Dziedzice for the provision of design services for investment in the expansion of the fuel base in Szczecin.

The agreement completion date is set for October 2026.

The Issuer’s remuneration will range from approximately PLN 2 million to approximately PLN 2.2 million – depending on the variant of the work ultimately selected by the client.
