The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that the Issuer on November 20, 2025 concluded an agreement with Adamed Pharma S.A. with its registered office in Pieńków for the provision of design services for an investment aimed at developing the production capacity of Adamed Pharma S.A. in the production and logistics centre in Pabianice.

The agreement completion date is set for January 2027.

The Issuer’s remuneration will amount to approximately PLN 2.5 million.
