A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology and MBA course at the International School of Management (currently Kozminski University).
Mr. Kiersznicki has been associated with PROCHEM S.A. since 1994. In the years 1997 – 2001 in the capacity of the Director of the company’s marketing activities. In 2001, as the Sales and Marketing Director he became a Member of the Management Board, and then, from 2008 – the Vice President of the Management Board of the company. In 2021, Mr. Kiersznicki was appointed to the position of General Director and President of the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A.
Since 2001, Mr. Kiersznicki has been performing additional functions as a Member of the Management Board of PROCHEM Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. In the years 1996-1997 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A.
