{"id":16813,"date":"2026-06-19T07:05:06","date_gmt":"2026-06-19T07:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prochem.com.pl\/raporty_biezace\/zawarcie-umowy-wykonawczej-w-ramach-umowy-ramowej-cpk\/"},"modified":"2026-07-01T11:49:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T11:49:41","slug":"conclusion-of-an-executive-contract-under-the-framework-agreement-cpk","status":"publish","type":"raporty_biezace","link":"https:\/\/prochem.com.pl\/en\/raporty_biezace\/conclusion-of-an-executive-contract-under-the-framework-agreement-cpk\/","title":{"rendered":"Conclusion of an executive contract under the framework agreement \u2013 CPK"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n    <div class=\"obrazek_dla_baneru\" style=\"background:url('https:\/\/prochem.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Rectangle-89.png'); background-position: center;;background-size: cover;\">\r\n        <div class=\"tytul_dla_banneru\">\r\n            <h1>Conclusion of an executive contract under the framework agreement \u2013 CPK<\/h1>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\n<div class=\"full_width_cont\">\r\n    <div class=\"full_width_cont_inner\">\r\n        <div class=\"breadcrumb\"><a href=\"https:\/\/prochem.com.pl\/en\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Home page<\/a><\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\r\n<div class=\"title_cont full_width_cont\">\r\n    <div class=\"full_width_cont_inner\">\r\n        \r\n                <div class=\"title_box\">\r\n            <hr class=\"title_line\">\r\n            <h2 class=\"\"> Conclusion of an executive contract under the framework agreement \u2013 CPK  <\/h2> \r\n            \r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                        \r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data publikacji<\/strong>: 19.06.2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Issuer&#8221;) hereby announces that the Issuer has today concluded an Executive Contract with Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw for the development of design documentation for Ground Handling Facilities (under the UR1 Framework Agreement for the development of Design Documentation for Handling Facilities).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The Issuer&#8217;s maximum remuneration for the proper performance of the Executive Contract will not exceed PLN 7.1 million net, with the above amount consisting of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; remuneration for the performance of the basic scope of work in the amount of PLN 3.8 million net;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; remuneration for the performance of optional tasks in the amount of no more than PLN 3.3 million net.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The entry into force of the Agreement regarding optional tasks depends on the decision of the Investor &#8211; CPK sp. z o.o., which the Investor may make at further stages of the implementation of the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Issuer is not entitled to any claims in connection with the Investor&#8217;s failure to exercise the option right in the scope of optional tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The maximum term for the execution of the contract is set at 67 months from the date of its conclusion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br><br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[113],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-16813","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2010-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
