In accordance with the resolution of the Supervisory Board, the next term of office of the Company&#8217;s management board begins today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with a description of the professional career of the Management Board Members, constitute appendices to this report (<a href=\"https:\/\/prochem.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/CV_Zarzad-PROCHEM-SA_eng.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">professional career of the Management Board Members &#8211; file<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The indicated persons do not conduct any other activity outside the issuer&#8217;s enterprise and are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[154],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-16327","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2025-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
