Concluding of the agreement <\/h2> \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on April 26, 2024, the Issuer concluded with ORLEN Synthos Green Energy Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, a framework agreement regarding the provision of expert, engineering and design services by the Issuer to the indicated entity and acting as a technical advisor during the preparation and implementation of the investment related to the construction of SMRs (Small Modular Reactors).<\/p>\n\n

The Agreement specifies the terms of cooperation, in particular the hourly rates that the Parties will use when determining the remuneration for individual Orders that the Issuer will perform in the future. The remuneration and the deadline for the performance of services by the Issuer will be determined each time for individual orders based on their scope.<\/p>\n\n

If orders are received, the Issuer will inform about this fact in the mode provided for by applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n
