All relevant information relating to the convening and conduct of meetings of the General Meeting shall be forwarded by the company both in the form of current reports, as well as being posted on the company\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Management Board believes that costs associated with the purchase of the necessary technology to handle the transmission and recording of meetings of the General Meeting by the Internet in the present circumstances are not justified.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Company in case of interest in this form of participation of shareholders in the general meeting, will consider soundness of the implementation of the above rule.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[122],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-12201","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2013-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
