The resolution did not provide the reasons for dismissal.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 October 2016, appointed Mr. Marcin P\u0119dzi\u0144ski to the Supervisory Board.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Management Board of the Company has not received the statement from Mr. Marcin P\u0119dzi\u0144ski with regard to the identification of other activity performed outside the issuer&#8217;s business, including an assessment of whether it is competitive in relation to the activities performed in the issuer&#8217;s enterprise and declaration whether Mr. Marcin P\u0119dzi\u0144ski participates in a competitive company as a partner of private company, partnership or as a member of the body of a company or participates in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Marcin P\u0119dzi\u0144ski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the KRS Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enclosed to this report, the Company presents <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Pedzinski_11.2016_eng_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">professional CV<\/a> of the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[126],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11601","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2016-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
