In reference to the current report no 6\/2016 dated 20 May 2016, in which the Management Board PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ( “Issuer”, “PROCHEM S.A.”) informed among others about the introduction to the announced agenda of point concerning changes in the Supervisory Board, at the request of shareholders, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that:– received from Quercus Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., that is acting on behalf of Shareholders: Quercus Parasolowy SFIO, Quercus Absolute Return FIZ and Quercus Absolutnego Zwrotu FIZ, a notification of candidature of Mr. Karol \u017bbikowski to the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer;<\/p>\n\n

– received notice from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., that is acting on behalf of Shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU \u201eZ\u0142ota Jesie\u0144\u201d about intention to submit the candidature of Mr. Micha\u0142 Suflida for election as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer;<\/p>\n\n
