The Issuer expects that it will exceed 10% of the Issuer&#8217;s equity, and therefore the agreement was considered significant.<\/p>\n\n<p>Deadline for completion \u2013 3rd quarter of 2016.<\/p>\n\n<p>The agreement contains provisions relating to contractual penalties, their value is limited to PLN 250 thousand zloty.
