(the Issuer) informs that on 22 May 2015 the Issuer&#8217;s subsidiary \u2013 Prochem Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw concluded 2 agreements on sale of shares in company Prochem Serwis, under which were sold 196 shares of total nominal value of PLN196,000.00 constituting totality of shares in share capital of Prochem Serwis Sp. z o.o. for the total amount of PLN 1,300,000.20, including:<br\/><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40 shares were sold to Prochem Serwis Sp. z o.o. with the aim of the voluntary redemption for the amount of PLN 668,005.20 which is to be paid until 6 June 2015;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>156 shares were sold to the President of the Management Board of Prochem Serwis Sp. z o.o. who is at the same time a shareholder of Prochem Serwis Sp. z o.o. and to whom belonged so far a 10% share in share capital, for the price of PLN 631.995.00, which is to be paid until 30 June 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>The book value of these assets in the accounting books of Prochem Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. is PLN 196,000.00.
