Prior to the change the Funds held in total 193 994 shares of the Company, representing 4.98% of the share capital and had 193 994 votes from these shares, representing 4.98% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.<\/p>\n\n<p>As at the day of the transaction, the Funds held in total 204 198 shares of the Company, representing 5.24% of the share capital of the Company.
