(Noble Fund Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Noble Fund Opportunity Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkni\u0119ty, Noble fund 2DB Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkni\u0119ty) exceeded 5% of the total number of votes in the Company PROCHEM S.A.<\/p>\n\n<p>Before the transaction, Funds jointly held 184,734 shares of the Company PROCHEM S.A., representing 4.74% of the share capital of the Company and held 184,734 votes from those shares, representing 4.74% in total number of votes.<\/p>\n\n<p>As at he date of this notification Funds hold 207,792 shares of the Company, representing 5.33% of share capital, entitling to 207,792 votes from those shares, representing 5.33% of the total number of votes of the Company.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[124],"rok_raportu_biezacego":[],"class_list":["post-11471","raporty_biezace","type-raporty_biezace","status-publish","hentry","tag-2014-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
