Proposing a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. <\/h2> \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (“Issuer”, “PROCHEM S.A.”) announces that on 18 May 2017 received from Copernicus Capital TFI SA, acting on behalf of the Shareholder i.e. Value Fund Poland Activist Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkni\u0119ty based in Warsaw, information that they have put forward candidature of Mr Eryk Karski for a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n\n

The above-mentioned candidature was passed to the Company in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A., convened on June 10, 2017, which provided for the election to the Issuer’s Supervisory Board on the agenda of the General Meeting.<\/p>\n\n
