Appointment of the date of the hearing before the Court of Appeal in the case against PERN S.A. <\/h2> \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n

With reference to the information contained in the interim reports of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”) regarding the court proceeding on to settlement of the suspended Contract on November 10, 2005 concluded in the formula of the Management contracting for the execution of investment project “Pipeline in a section from the ST-1 Adamowo – to raw material base Plebanka” between PERN S.A. and the Consortium, a leader of which was the Issuer, the Management Board of the Issuer informs, that the date of the hearing before Court of Appeal in Warsaw First Civil Division was set for August 2nd, 2017.<\/p>\n\n

Information about the further process events will be passed by the Issuer on current basis in subsequent communications.<\/p>\n\n

The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the subject in dispute.<\/p>\n\n
