Capital Group for 2017 <\/h2> \r\n            \r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                        \r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Date of publication: <\/strong>01.06.2017<\/p>\n\n<p>On 31 May 2017, the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A., in accordance with \u00a7 22 section 2 item 9) of the Company&#8217;s Statute, chose an auditor to audit the financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. and the Capital Group of PROCHEM S.A. for 2017.<\/p>\n\n<p>It has been selected the company BDO Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-676), Post\u0119pu 12 Street, KRS No. 293339, authorized to audit financial statements on the basis of entry in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Warsaw under No. 3355.<\/p>\n\n<p>The company was chosen by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards. The Issuer has previously used the services of an elected auditor in the following scope: In 2017 two Issuer&#8217;s employees participated in a training organized by BDO Sp. z o. o. under the name of &#8220;Payment of ZUS contributions 2017. The most recent changes in hourly wage for the contractors&#8221;.
