(The &#8220;Issuer&#8221;) submits an adjustment to the report for the third quarter of 2017 published by the Issuer on 14 November 2017. The adjustment is related to the error included in the statement of changes in the shareholding of the issuer&#8217;s shares or the rights to them by the managing and supervising persons. The report for the third quarter of 2017 does not include the number of shares held by Mr. Marek Garli\u0144ski, Supervisory Board member in the amount of 88,000 shares.
